Use this tutorial to customize your PSP toolbars so that the tools you use most often are easier to find.

First thing you want to do is enable your all the toolbars you
will be using most of the time.
The most commonly used of the tool bars I already have checked below. If you
do much photo editing you may want to include this tool bar as well. To get
to the menu that is in the screenshot below go to View/Toolbars On the main
menu bar.
On the left highlight the tool button you wish to add, on the
right highlight where you would like the tool button to be placed then click
the add button..
Removing buttons you don't use is just as easy :) just do the same thing in
reverse, highlight the button you want removed and click the remove button.
When editing a tool bar keep in mind what toolbar you are customizing. the list
on the left contains all Buttons available unused.
