Incredimail Signatures Mini Tutorial

This mini tutorial will show you the quickest way to get a signature into your emails, with incredimail you can only have 1 signature per identity so if you have lots of different emails it would be better to make your signature fit them all or move your emails over to new identities.

To Start open a new message

On the new message window click tools then select edit signature

This will bring up the following edit signature window:

The area with the grid is where you can draw your signature if you wish, the large white area is for the text on your signature this can be used with or instead of a drawn sig, the preview window will show you what your drawn signature looks like.

There are 3 tools at the top of the window, the pen must be selected to draw in the grin, the square block is suppose to look like an eraser that can be used to clean up your drawn signature, and the paper with the star will clear the whole signature so you can start from scratch.

To draw your signature select the pen tool, and place it in the grid area with the left button of the mouse held draw your signature in the grid.

The preview window will show you what it looks like when on an e-mail, that's the actual size of the signature.

You can also add text, this can be used with your drawn sig, or you can leave the drawn sig blank and just have a text signature.  The text will be placed below your drawn one.

Click ok when you are happy with your signature and it will be saved.

To place the signature in your email just click tools again but this time select insert signature and here is the final result.

If you want to add your signature to every email you send, on the main incredimail window click Tools, Select Options and then click the compose tab just tick the boxes under the signature header.
